Please bring a mat, blanket, or any other items that will help you feel comfortable.

To Experience the practice of Yoga Nidra.
Inspire you to integrate it into your daily life.
Understand the profound healing benefits and therapeutic applications, addressing issues from
general stress to grief and trauma
Participants will receive a recording for home practice, which is essential for experiencing the
subtle yet remarkable benefits of Yoga Nidra.
Maximum of 10 Participants: This ensures ample time for questions, sharing insights, and
creating a comfortable environment.
Cost: £50 for 5, 1 hour sessions. Please note that this is not a drop-in class; each week builds
upon the previous session.

Yoga Nidra is100% inclusive - all faiths and none, all ages and fitness levels, not exclusive to
yogis, but the satnav/route map yoga nidra provides is possibly the most reliable way to reach
the ground of being. No affinity for or experience of Yoga or Yoga nidra is needed. In fact,
coming to the practice with a blank slate – with no pre-conceived ideas or expectations, no
theories or philosophies to prove – can be really helpful. This practice is for everyone, it’s totally
inclusive. Results are both immediate and cumulative.
